Shipping & Return Policy
We ship all orders within 3-4 business days and we will provide you with the Tracking number once we have shipped your item!
If you ordered a phone charger or accessory product, and you are not satisfied with it, those items are not eligible for return or refund.
If you ordered any chargers or accessories and they were damaged or with missing parts, they may be returned within 4 days of recieving them with its original packaging and labels. These items are eligible for refund.
If you ordered any phones, and they arrived damaged or with missing parts, they may be returned within 7 days of recieving them with its original packaging and labels. These are eligible for refund.
Items that no longer have its original packaging or labels will NOT be eligible for return or refund and will NOT be accepted if it is past the days for return.
Refunds will be issued once we recieved the package. (note: refunds go back onto your original payment method and may vary based on your banking institution).
